Soya Cattle Feed

How to make soya cattle feed  meal for animal feed?
In the mechanical process, the soya cattle feed are cracked, dried, heated (steamed) and fed to a mechanical press (screw press), then the resulting flakes are dried and ground. The heat generated by the friction of the screw press destroys the anti-nutritional factors in raw soybeans.

What is soya in animal feed?

Soya bean meal is used in food and animal feeds, principally as a protein supplement, but also as a source of metabolizable energy. Typically 1 bushel (i.e. 60 lbs. or 27.2 kg) of soybeans yields 48 lbs. (21.8 kg) of soybean meal.
Is soya good for cattle?
Soybeans can be a good protein source for cows and can be used in developing heifers as well as growing and finishing rations. Soybeans are typically about 40% crude protein and 20% fat. Due to the high fat content, damaged soybeans can become rancid; however, in cold weather this is less of an issue.
Why is soya important in animal feed?
Soybean meal (SBM) is the main source of protein and amino acids (AA) used in animal feed formulations worldwide, particularly for monogastric species. Soybean is a source of high-quality vegetable protein, with a less variable chemical composition than other protein sources.
What are the disadvantages of soybean meal in animal feed?
Soybeans contain variable amounts of antinutritional factors (ANF), including trypsin inhibitors (TI). They have negative effects on the activity of the enzymes trypsin and chymotrypsin, interfering with amino acid (AA) digestibility.
Why not to eat soybean?
Too much of it, which means more than 4 times a week is linked to thyroid trouble. The isoflavones in soy products may be linked to thyroid disorders. Studies have also shown it increases estrogen levels in the body and testosterone in males. Again, please don’t
